Well I weighed in yesterday and found out that I lost 3 more pounds! I have lost a total of 4lbs! Not a ton but pretty good for two weeks. I am losing my exercise motivation already! I only exercised 1 day this week. Please help! Give me your exercise ideas! I usually use the treadmill so any good ideas for this would be great.

I think the key for me to run on the treadmill is awesome music. But I don't think you would like the kind of music I listen to! But whatever you like blast it. That will help. Also, I know for me just straight running gets boring so I do a interval program. You can do it with walking too. Try different speeds and inclines. I can email you one if you want. That helps the time go by faster and it is way less boring. And YAY for losing more weight. Way to go! You are doing awesome!
I have a belly dancing CD that is about 30 minutes that is fun. Also I have 2 aerobic CDs that have 10 minute workouts so you can do all 5 at once or divide it out through a day.
I'm doing Stacy's walk run program. I have done it on the treadmill it works.
